Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Intimates, undergarments, or items with hygiene-related restrictions

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@reveform.com within the 30-day return window with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damage caused by Rêveform. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rêveform is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please initiate an exchange request by emailing us within the 30-day return window. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or full refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
New York Consumer Rights
In accordance with New York General Business Law and applicable consumer protection regulations, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a New York consumer. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the New York State Attorney General's Consumer Frauds Bureau.
