Our Background

Rêveform was born from a simple but radical belief: clothing should adapt to the body, not the other way around.

Founded by Albert Gonzalez, a fashion innovator with over thirty years of experience designing and manufacturing in New York City, Rêveform is the culmination of a career spent rethinking how garments move through the world and with the people who wear them. Albert has collaborated with icons of the industry, from Ann Taylor and Bergdorf Goodman to Libertine and Macy's, alongside countless independent sustainable brands across the city he calls home. Today, he stands as one of the last true New York-based manufacturers a rare and living connection to the craft, conscience, and creativity that once defined the city's fashion industry.

Rêveform began with an idea Albert had in the early 2000s: the Rêveform One, a single garment designed to be worn in countless ways, by countless bodies. That idea became a movement. At the heart of Rêveform is the concept of multiwear versatile, sustainable pieces that transcend occasion, season, and size, designed to be worn again and again in ways that feel entirely your own.

Sustainability at Rêveform isn't a marketing term. It's a design philosophy.

By creating fewer, smarter pieces that do more, Rêveform challenges the throwaway culture of fast fashion and invites you into something slower, more intentional, and more personal.
