Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rêveform. We take care in packaging and shipping every order. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and New York State holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended; we will communicate any significant delays via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (order must be placed by 12:00 PM ET)

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that Rêveform is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Rêveform is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Rêveform reserves the right to require photographic evidence of damage before issuing a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery may be subject to a re-shipping fee. We will contact you via email before reshipment.
